About Humance

Building the future of human performance and longevity.

Humance is building a connected ecosystem for human performance and longevity. It starts with one app that brings personalized training, performance insights and community together, with recovery next, to help people understand themselves, reach their potential and build healthier lives for the long game. Built in Dubai. Live on iOS from 1 November 2026.

001 · Overview

One app. Room for everyone.

Humance brings training, performance insights and community into one connected experience, with recovery joining next. Whether you're just starting, chasing a personal best or investing in your long-term wellbeing, Humance gives you the tools and the people to keep progressing.

Members get coach-written protocols, a session logger to run them, a daily read on where they stand, and Moments, where the work is shared with a club and a wider community. Brands, gyms, clubs and coaches plug into the same place, right where people train.

New to fitness

Looking for a community? Find people to train with, join a club and show up together.

Already training

Follow a coach-written protocol, log every session and watch your progress add up.

Not sure where to start

Pick a goal and let a protocol plan the work. Start where you are. Build from there.

Mission

To bring together the tools, knowledge and community that help people understand themselves, optimize their performance and improve how they live.

Vision

A world where everyone can reach their potential and live better for longer.

002 · The problem

Performance is scattered.

Most people who train juggle four tools. None of them talk to each other, and for anyone just starting, that wall of apps is the first thing that stops them.

Training

One app for programs.

Fuel

Another for macros.

Recovery

A wearable for data.

Community

A group chat for people.

Starting is the hardest part

For someone new, too many apps, plans and opinions make the first step feel impossible. Most people never find a place to begin.

Plans run blind

A training plan doesn't know about the race you entered, the night you slept badly or the session you missed. The athlete does the joining-up, every day.

Consistency goes unsupported

Training happens alone, or in a group chat that lives outside the work. The thing that compounds, showing up, gets the least help.

Brands miss the moment

Partners reach athletes through ads that sit nowhere near the training itself, so the right product rarely meets the right moment.

003 · Our solution

Engineered like an athlete.

Humance gives an athlete a coach-written protocol, a session logger to run it and a daily read on where they stand. A body dashboard for recovery comes next. Moments is where that work gets shared with a club and a wider community.

Train

Protocols, logging, the events calendar.

Share

Moments, clubs, Connect.

Recover Next

Body Today, sleep, strain, mindset.

004 · What sets us apart

Seven things no single app does together.

  1. 01

    Built for every starting point.

First-timers, returning athletes and competitors use the same app: protocols across 8 disciplines, programmed for your level, and a community that meets you where you are.

  2. 02

    All-in-one, by design.

Protocol, logging, progress and people live in one app, with recovery joining next, so the plan, the data and the community finally talk to each other.

  3. 03

    Coach-written, race-aware training.

22 protocols across 8 disciplines at launch, written by real coaches. Pick an event from 103 in 25 countries and the protocol re-plans around its start date.

  4. 04

    Community that leaves the screen.

Moments trades likes for respect and replies. From 1 November, clubs meet weekly and gym activations put the app on the floor, starting at GRIT Studios, Dubai.

  5. 05

    Longevity built in.

Grip strength, VO₂ max, mobility, sleep, protein: the markers that predict how the next 40 years feel shape the product, not a trend on top of it. Protocols train them now. Body Today and Fuel add sleep and protein next.

  6. 06

    Partners inside the training moment.

Brand feature pages today, and the Market next, put brands, gyms and coaches one tap from the session that created the need, not in an ad break.

  7. 07

    Built by athletes and builders.

Three co-founders combining athletic experience, end-to-end engineering and business leadership to build the future of human performance and longevity.

005 · Values

Six things we won't trade.

  1. 01

    Consistency over intensity.

The best plan isn't the one that pushes you hardest for a week. It's the one you can sustain and build on.

  2. 02

    Progress is personal.

Everyone starts somewhere different. Your goals, your circumstances and your path deserve to be treated that way.

  3. 03

    Community creates accountability.

The right people change the way you show up. Progress is more powerful when it's shared.

  4. 04

    Longevity is a daily practice.

It's not one workout, one supplement or one milestone. It's the collection of choices that build a healthier future.

  5. 05

    Performance is bigger than numbers.

Strength, speed and personal bests matter. So do energy, resilience, confidence and the freedom to keep doing what you love.

  6. 06

    Built by athletes and builders.

Three co-founders combining athletic experience, end-to-end engineering and business leadership to build the future of human performance and longevity.

006 · For investors & partners

What we are now. Where we're going.

This part is for investors, incubators, funding programmes and partners: what Humance does today, what it becomes, and why the timing is right.

Today

One connected app for training, progress and community: coach-written protocols, logging, Moments and clubs. Recovery joins next.

Tomorrow

An intelligent ecosystem that helps people understand their bodies, optimize their performance and make better decisions about their wellbeing.

Long term

Helping everyone reach their potential and live better for longer.

007 · Why now

The demand is here. The tools are behind.

People now train for how the next 40 years feel: grip strength, VO₂ max, sleep, protein, mobility. They train together, and cities like Dubai train as one. Their tools haven't caught up.
